About Me

Liz Kelly

I am a Colorado native and thanks to this, I’ve been a lover of nature my whole life. I like to draw inspiration for my flows from nature - water, wind, earth, and fire, and from the four seasons. When I’m not on a yoga mat I love to hike, camp, sunbathe, paddle board, and snowboard.

When I’m not outside you can often find me hanging out with my 4 year old daughter and husband. Motherhood is also a source of inspiration - I believe children are fantastic teachers of joy, playfulness, uninhibited creativity, presence, and of course patience.

Experience & Education

I am an RYT-200 certified instructor with 5 years of teaching experience in a variety of settings including large corporate studios, small locally owned studios, and at special events. I primarily teach Vinyasa and hot yoga, but am always expanding my knowledge base to be able to offer more to my students.

Outside of yoga but also relevant to the practice, I have a healthcare background and have worked in direct patient care roles at both skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. This has given me a strong foundation of anatomy knowledge as well as specialized safety awareness in working with aging bodies, pregnant women, and children. Prior to starting my career in healthcare I certified as a medical assistant through Front Range Community College and earned my Bachelors Degree in Biology with a focus in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University.
